I bought this case solely because it was advertised with the capability to be used with the Apple keyboard. Unless I was mailed the incorrect model, it does not allow the keyboard to be attached while the back cover is on the iPad as the pictures indicate. In addition, it is a hard plastic covering, not what I was expecting but acceptable. I don’t recommend this product. I have a Speck case for my MacBook that is fantastic and was hoping this was akin.

product was a small different than I expected, but I suppose that’s because I need to do a better job of reading the product reviews! or not order from my iphone late at night when my eyes are tired. I was expecting a rubber case for the “bounce” factor. Again, my fault, not the product write up. Product is exactly as specified. It is a plastic hard case. The “bottom” side snaps on to your iPad. The case is very very light, nearly to the top I’m questioning how excellent a job it will do to buffer the side if I do take house to drop it, heaven forbid. The top part is a plastic see-thru cover. I was expecting a cover that subdue allowed me to use my ipad. This is not it. This cover will not allow you to use the touch screen. You could watch a video through it, or listen to music, but would not be able to read as you can’t turn the pages. But, I will keep this case, for those era I leave it meeting around, I can quickly snap on the cover and not agonize about the cats on foot on it or someone setting something on top of it and scratching it.
